I had a really bad case of eczema blisters on one of my fingers that kept multiplying and getting worse. I applied my prescription ointments and nothing seemed to get it to calm down until I tried these patches. It was really easy to cut each large square into smaller sections or whatever size I needed. The patch itself doesn’t stick to the skin much so you definitely need to apply a bandaid or something to keep it in place. After 2 days of applying it for a few hours and letting the area breathe, I noticed the blisters calming down and eventually healed after a few days. It’s definitely worth a try if you have persistent eczema due to irritants and dryness!

I love these! I keep them in the fridge and put them on my eczema when my skin flares up. They feel extra cooling on my skin if I keep them in the fridge and I forget it's even on my skin.
I used the patch for a week and I really think it helped speed up the recovery process! It felt cool on my skin and I didn't scratch my skin through the patch. I'm definitely going to try these again when I have another flare up.
